With over 15 years of experience across diverse industries, I have worked in roles ranging from coaching and coordinating teams in call centers to managing international TV productions and coordinating a sales department within a global Media & Entertainment company.

My strength lies in connecting structure, people, and systems. I thrive on organizing processes, aligning teams and departments, and optimizing systems so everything runs smoothly. At the core of my work is always the same goal: delivering the best possible experience and service—both internally for teams and externally for clients.
For several years now, I’ve been based in Curaçao and work largely remotely, giving me extensive experience in efficiently managing projects from a distance. At the same time, I remain flexible and available to travel worldwide for on-site projects or assignments.
